You agree to use AskCMMC.ai only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any decisions made based on the service's output.

4. Security & Privacy Architecture

AskCMMC.ai is architected with defense-grade privacy by design. Our security posture includes:

  • Zero data retention: No user queries, uploaded documents, or session content are stored on our servers. All processing is ephemeral and discarded upon response delivery.
  • No persistent file storage: Uploaded files are processed in-memory only and are never written to disk, logged, or cached.
  • AI isolation: Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Each session is sandboxed and stateless.
  • Encrypted in transit: All communications are protected via TLS encryption.
  • No third-party data sharing: Your content is never shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party.
  • Authenticated access only: All sessions require authenticated sign-in via OAuth 2.0 providers.

Because we never store your data, you can confidently use AskCMMC.ai to analyze your compliance documents, including CUI-adjacent materials, knowing that nothing persists beyond your active session.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AskCMMC.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. AI-generated responses may contain errors or omissions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology comprising AskCMMC.ai are the property of ASK CMMC LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ASK CMMC LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated compliance guidance.

8. Modifications

ASK CMMC LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Absolute Zero Data Collection

We never collect, harvest, sell, or share any of your personal information, conversation data, or usage patterns. No hidden analytics. No behavioral tracking. No fingerprinting. Nothing leaves your session.

Nothing Is Permanently Stored

Your conversations exist only in your active session. There are no server-side logs of your questions, no databases recording your queries, and no backups retaining your data. When your session ends, it's gone.

Your Files Stay Yours

Documents you upload are processed entirely in-memory for analysis. They are never written to disk, never cached, never copied, and never retained after processing. Your sensitive compliance documents remain exclusively under your control.

AI Models Never Train on Your Data

The AI models powering AskCMMC.ai do not learn from your inputs. Your questions, documents, and conversations are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model. Your data is processed and immediately discarded. It never enters any training pipeline.

All Telemetry Disabled at Source

Every third-party library (Hugging Face, PyTorch, Transformers) has been audited at the source-code level and all telemetry, phone-home calls, and usage reporting are programmatically disabled before any code runs. We don't trust defaults. We verify.

No Tracking, No Profiling, No Ads

AskCMMC.ai has no advertising, no user profiling, no behavioral analytics, and no third-party trackers. We don't build profiles on you, we don't sell your attention, and we don't monetize your data in any form. You are the customer, not the product.
